Does this BB have polling?
My perception of polling would be where I could leave a poll up for extended indefinite periods like for feedback on two competing products.
Thanks,

Yep, you can check the faq for how it is used.

I found the FAQ:Putting a poll in your post is simple, but remember: Posts with polls in them cannot be edited but they may be deleted. To add a poll to your post, use this format:
Name of your poll First Choice Second Choice As many choices as you would like
Is there an example somewhere on this site? Or some screen shots of how this is done. I'm looking at polling setup from an admin pov - I was thinking that I'd setup a forum like "vote for your product" and have the poll as a post in that forum.Would there be some other way to do that? Essentially I don't want the poll to get buried among other posts in a forum. Thanks,

You could make the post sticky so it always shows up in the top position(s).

Barrett--

If you want to see what they look like, you can go to my board. There are several of them on What If--The Ingenuity Forum.

There is a way to have the latest poll appear on your front page too, like I do. Click below to see how that looks.

Hope this is of some help.

Well it looks like the polling function has a lot of potential. In the least it is a big plus in choosing wwwT for my BB choice.
I will need to explore further this capability. I'm inclined to think I'd want a whole section/forum for various polls verse getting them buried in posts.
Thanks,
Barrett

Are the www.macfixit.com people using wwwT for their polls or something else?

Looks like they are using something else. Possibly called quickpoll?
