Attached is a routine that will 1) Delete users that have registered over a month ago but never logged in and/or 2) Delete private messages that are more than six months old and have never been read
Complete instructions are included in the file. It is a self-standing routine so you don't need to do any installation. We have included instructions for incorporating it as links in showstats.php if you choose to use it that way.
We used it in 5.3 and now 5.4.3 (no changes were necessary).
