There is an
interesting discussion taking place at Slashdot.org of a
cio.com article dealing with growing resentment toward paying for poor service and buggy code. The article deals with different strategies that CIO's are adopting, including a move to open source software.
I found this quote particularly interesting, considering some of the discussions that have been taking place here over the past few days:
