I have recently moved the forums to their own site so it doesn't really matter but it still bugs me that we couldn't get it worked out. The host was running PHP 3.25 at first then had version 4.0 running alongside it somehow or another. The guy from foruminstall.com tried to import the database for me but got almost finished and disappeared. Not sure if it is a PHP problem or what.

We had the same version running on the same server and everything, it looked fine and everything but windows based browsers would not stay logged in. You would log in and press any button on the page and you would not be logged in wherever you went. Finally hosted with infopop but if someone has seen this problem before I would greatly appreciate it. Boned up Threads

What versions of php and mysql are you running there? Could be a number of things

Is that database import from a 5.5.1 version as well? It almost looks like that maybe the data was from an older version so some of those fields aren't there for the 5.5.1 queries.

exactly which one but that could be a problem I guess.

What are the versions of PHP and SQL needed to effectively run the new software? I'm hosting with infopop right now but I would like to figure it out.
