It works at this site, so it must not a bug, must be something specific to my install:

The [:"red"][ color=] [/] for fonts is not working, it displays the UBBCode without being converted.

Something like:
[ color:green] text[ /color]

I reuploaded ubb.inc.php as I believe that is the responsible file, but it keeps doing this.
Where should I be looking at? Any hints?

Fixed.

It was a mix of factors, among others that I only updated the files that were mentioned in the CHANGEDFILES file. Compared all files, and there were a ton of files that were not mentioned, I recommend to all to either reupload all files, or do a compare folders to find them. Sorry I didnt think of taking note of them till it was too late.

languages/generic.php has changes that can affect this.
There are more filechanges, I strongly recommend reuploading everything or comparing all.
