Hi all... I'm back, sorry I've been such a stranger.
I just installed 6.02 , and I've been working on porting the calendar script from 5.5
A couple of questions...
a) how do I turn off the Icons? It looks like the setting is gone from the config file. I'm puzzled
b) I couldn't find the mod for the new javascript-enabled "mark all read" which is currently installed on this board... any pointers?

b. the Mark All Read mod has 2 versions, Mark All or One Read or Mark All Reada. turn off the icons -- if it was in the config panel at some point it was before my time sorry! (Do you mean the instant graemlins? Or the posticons?) Most of that stuff is removed via templates, but I have a feeling the answer you are looking for is above my head.

Hey Dave! Nice to see you're still around I can see about a dozen templates containting $iconselect ... do I have to find them all and remove them? What a pain. There's all the preview templates, all the edit templates... am I missing something? Max

I meant the posticons... it used to be a simple setting in the config file. Or maybe the themes file. Thanks for the mods! Cheers, Max

That is the best news I've heard since I upgraded from 5.5

Almost done, I have it in working order - I just have to make a few minor formatting changes, and clean up the instructions a bit. Cheers, Max

Hey Max,
An easy way to get rid of the post icons is to clear out the contents of the ubbt_icon_select.tmpl. Then replace the book.gif icon in the icons/newicons folder with whatever your standard icon is.

Hi Rick, I hope you've been well.
I'm trying to go back to the old structure, which had closedfolder.gif and newclosedfolder.gif for collapsed threads, and openfolder.gif and newopenfolder.gif for expanded threads...
I guess I could replace the book.gif with closedfolder.gif/newclosedfolder.gif , but I can't find a way to change it for expanded threads... did that logic disappear from the code?

Unfortunately the logic that displayed the open/closed folders was removed. I made a major effort to streamline as much as the code as I could and this section added alot of complexity to the scripts due to the variety of folders open/closed, read/unread.
