well, this is the idea, I would like to apply some sort of style sheet to the code tag and to the quote tag too but there is no way I can figure out how to do it.. any idea? thanks for helping Luke01

Those are in ubbt.inc.php.
You'll need to make whatever changes you make in 2 places for each, one to go from ubb code to html, the other to go back from html to ubbcode (for edits, quotes, etc).

Hi Luke01, you can add two lines to all your stylesheet files (located in /forum/stylesheets/blah.css): blockquote {put your style for the quote here} pre {put your style for the code here} *edit* Take a look at Make the quote tag look smarter for an example */edit* @Allen I think he didn't want to change the markup...
