Okay, I have the dirs they point to chmod properly. I have them pointing to the paths correctly yet I keep getting errors like this:
Warning: open_basedir restriction in effect. File is in wrong directory in /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/obellix.com/httpdocs/bgccr/forum/changebasic.php on line 127
Warning: getimagesize: Unable to open '/tmp/phpnaGYNA' for reading. in /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/obellix.com/httpdocs/bgccr/forum/changebasic.php on line 127
Warning: open_basedir restriction in effect. File is in wrong directory in /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/obellix.com/httpdocs/bgccr/forum/changebasic.php on line 145
That error is from the profile page when trying to upload a pic. Any help would be appreciated.
From what I understand your files need to go to the designated base directory and not one you specify. You may want to check with your host about this setting.
I had something kinda like this when I was trying to get php installed with apache on a linux box. It had to do with the directory permissions. I had them set to the ubbt specs, but they didn't work. If memory serves I had to change the upload directory to chmod 777? I forget, it's been a while. Maybe this will help if this is the issue you are experiencing.
