If anyone has been thinking of upgrading to MySQL 4.0.4, then don't. You'll be better off with 4.0.3.
I upgraded last night and afterwards one of the sites got some heavy problems with queries including LIMIT. It just wouldn't return the right amount of rows. Downgrading to 4.0.3 fixed the problem.
