Trying to get a full understanding of the changes and noted that the cron/php/subscriptions.php file has a hard coded path. I changed this to meet my server, if I'm correct  , others may want to know.

Yes, And be sure to change: AND t1.B_Stgatus <> 'M' to AND t1.B_Status <> 'M'  (Thank ol' Eagle Eye for that one.)
