this had occured twice today, for no apparent reason. One of my admins made a member a moderator. The new moderator found he couldnt view any threads, and got this strange link in his address bar "ubbthreads/brake-bust.php...." where brake-bust his is username. We found that changing his theme back to the infopop standard fixed it. I just had another member descibe me the exact same problem. I told him to change to the infopop theme and it also solved his problem. Anyone know whats going on?
When threads does the send_header function it looks to see if a user has a prefered style sheet choice. It takes the name of their style sheet from the database information and places it into the style sheet link for use by the user's browser.
Nothing in the style sheet is executed by the scripts serving it up.
Is there some corrupted data in your stylesheets causing browser problems? Are there images being used in the stylesheets that are served up by other scripts for randomizing?
You may also want to have them clear their browsers cache of temporary files.
i just implemented the 6.2 release, and it's fixed the problem for one of the members. i've also checked it out myself and it *seems* fine. Maybe it was corrupted somehow. touch wood it's ok now.... otherwise i'll be back with an update!
