I want to use the UBB cookies to login in a different part of my site too. Is there a way to get the password out of the cookie? My cookies all are on my main domain path, so accessible throughout the site.

The user password isn't stored directly into the cookie.
ubb.threads create a md5 hash from the user number and the md5 encrypted password.
So you'll have to do a database query for authentication.
You should be able to use the login-query "do_login" from your ubbt.inc.php as a start.
