This is written for 6.2, but I think it'll work on prior versions as well.

If you are allowing Moderators to edit users.... this restricts the delete user function to Admins only.

I thought this was a setting in the admin panel? You can specify only admins to delete users

The function is:
"Allow moderators to edit/delete regular users:
No, only adminsYes "

I wrote this for jluerken who posted in "how do I". He wanted his mods to be able to edit and add users to groups etc... but not be able to totally delete users.

Yes, edit allowed for mods
No, edit and delete only for admins?
