I have assigned 12 forums under a category and only 11 are being shown. I have checked the database and it is there. I have reinitialized the order and it is still not showing. Any ideas. Only 11 of the 12 forums are showing.

I don't think there's any limit. You might look at the Boards table row for that forum, and see if any of the columns have bad values.

You mean Bo_LastNumber or Bo_LastMain?

can you edit the hidden forum? perhaps it has no access set for all groups?

I bet this is the missing forum problem. Omegatron, see the post somewhere here that's titled something like "help 6.2 ate my forum" or similar.

Just install the Check Last Post Data addon from Dave_L and run it will fix all problems, if that is the case. I tried it on a test board that no forums showed up on, and the forums reappeared after running it.

Thanks all like I posted above I found the error. I will keep the check lastpost mod in mind if this happens again.

In these cases, it's helpful if you explain what you did to fix the problem. That way, if someone else encounters the same problem, he can benefit.

Okay I went into the database and found the last post to that forum. I gathered the post number and posterid and then went to the board table and entered the correct data for those two fields and optimized. Worked like a champ. Now of course from what I see your mod does this automatically.
