Actually, I did that hack months ago, so it wasn't too difficult to dig it up and post it here. It affects both administrators and moderators. It simply treats everyone the same, instead of forcing the "edited by" to be present when one user (an admin or mod) edits a different user's post.

But it's Dave's work. Comes in very handy when you need to fix a URL or something and don't want people to wonder what was censored.
