Looks great, Chris! I wonder if anyone has thought about another stat. Visitor log, or simply put, a counter. It'd be nice to be able to show the total number of visitors and page views rather than using an outside service. To be a little more informative, add to the above a referer log for admins eyes only to see where traffic is coming from.
Very nice! I have a new statistics page for the 3.4 PhotoPost Admin page (also have change the admin menu to look similiar to Threads Admin with frames to the left). Not to mention a new Who's Online!
Thanks, Mark. Most of what is on that site in your example is surfaced by the domain host... I was trying to figure out a way to tap into those stats for our entrance page, but then I noticed the cool little RetroStats icon at the bottom of ThreadsDev and decided to give that a go for now.

One minor suggestion. You can use the number_format php function on all numbers. It splits the thousands with a comma by default and makes the numbers easier to write.
Actually I should have posted this a long time ago but I am glad that Chris put it up here. You can see a similar implementation on the IIP page of my site
I actually had the number_function on all the numbers in there, but if you look at the code in the SHORTSTATSPAL.PHP you will see that the caching mechanism is tokenizing a string based on commas!
