How do I give five star to all moderators? Some had 4 before I added the mod and want them to have five

Backup your Database before running any SQL command

Runs this from Threads SQL admin window or PhpMyAdmin

UPDATE w3t_Ratings SET R_Rating='5' WHERE R_What='MODERATORUSERNUMBERHERE'

I do not have admin privileges on any version but 6.4 but I know I can disable user ratings in it. Is there a way within the admin panel for 6.02 to do the same? If so where is it and if not is there a mod available to do so?
