I know this sounds stupid but after I upgraded to 6.3 I want to put in some scripts that I used before.

One is when a new member subscribes the administrator gets an email.

The other is the hack that puts images in the forum headers.

Can someone point me to these scrips please.
I was searching this board for hours but could'nt find it.

Can you please be more specific on the first script? As far as I am aware whenever a new user subscribes an email is sent to the administrator without a modification....

As far the images you are looking possibly for the Board Image by the man himself: Gardener

About e-mail notification, No, there is no email sent to the administrator when a new user subsribes.
There is a hack for it but I lost that too.
Works like UBB Classic.

Well, I will try and search again, I am sure it is around somewhere

In the config file, under "User Registration Settings" look for:
Approve all new user registrations? (An email will be sent to all Admins when a user registers after they verify their email if this option is turned on)

Set this to yes and you will be sent an email to approve the new user. Is this what you're looking for?

I don't want to approve them, I only want an email when a new user has registered.
