ok my users are complaining it's to much effort to find the new post LOL
so how can I add back the orange Icons for new post
like it was in 6.1.1 postlist.php?

There's a mod around here to do that. I couldn't find it - but didn't really have time for an extensive search. I think it's in Archived Modifications.
