I go between about 1,000 and 1,200 posts per day  And that is only with 1800 members. Couldn't immagine if I had 10k+ members

I nipped most of this in the butt when I first started the board. While a large part of the board (and the main reason for starting it) is nightlife, including prostitution, we have a some very strict rules and they are enforced.
Our main rules are no identifying info on girls, no flaming, no discussions on drugs or pedofily (every now and then we get some ^%&^%# who does, he usually receives dozens of flames in minutes before a moderator spots it and deletes the post and bans the poster).
Enforcing the rules was a bit tough in the beginning but people have now realized that the strict rules create a nice environment for everybody.
