Hi..I've been playing around with using the "includes" file for forum headers to place a line of text, sometimes with a link, on the postlist page for each (or at least some) forum(s). I've confirmed that you can include a link, and use bold.

But I wonder how I could move it so it's not ABOVE the navbar (is that's what it's called?), but rather BELOW it, or maybe even below the category/forum titles-post button-etc bar, like the "please search" message in this forum.

I don't know how one would put it below the navbar, but doing it like in this forum must involve putting it into the postlist template. But that would mean the same message for every forum. Still, that would be an advance over what I have now.

Any suggestion on how to do it? I.e.,
either how to move the forum headers (as given in the includes file(s) to just below the navbar
or adding a line of text (permitting a link, bold, etc) into the postlist template (preferably the "facelift" version, as here).

Allows you to put info at the top of each forum (as we do here).

In the meantime, I also figured how to modify the navbar templates, either to add a button, or add a line of stuff IN the navbar.

But I'm still interested in any idea about how to just move the darned forum header (the one that's managed by the "includes" file) to below the navbar. I think that shows up on both the postlist and the showflat pages, which can be handy!
