guys please see what might be wrong with languages, in french all the accents are messed up maybe we have some charset problems or you uploaded the files wrong

This is still 6.3..... It should be fixed in 6.3.1 But there's so much hacked here and I've been much too busy with client work to have time to go through and update.  Got to pay my bills first.

We probably don't have french language files. Online English and sweedish have been done.

do like I did for the panel generator always upload the default file in english it stops creating problems

It was like that...... But I kept having to upload clean language folders when we were trying to workout the language issue. So all the language strings for originally installed hacks still need to be added in. You should have noticed it back in beta. If I can get through my current projects, I should have time in the next couple of weeks. But it's not a priority for me right now.
