Hi--

A user who has a username reports this problem-- []I cant get to the page at all, and when I do this pops up:

[/]I have no problem getting in to the site (http://www.FootprintsintheWind.com) .

Any suggestions what is going on, and what I can tell this user?

the word "deleted" should be "english"... so the specific user must somehow have reset their language setting. Try setting them back to english.

I'm not sure if this query is right for that older version.... but in current version you could do:

UPDATE w3t_Users
SET U_Language = 'english'
WHERE U_Username = 'whatever'

Well, in their control panel the language was already English. Was I looking in the right place?

You might try that query I posted..... somehow it's coming up wiht "deleted" as the name of the language it's supposed to be using. I'm not sure where that could be coming from.

I think the language bit is stored in a cookie as well... might ask them to dump their cookies.

Otherwise that's very odd.

My user sent me this message: []I fixed it. I deleted all my cookies and refreshed the page and all is well.[/] So it looks like it is solved, and the way you thought it would be.
