I was wondering if there was a way to have music or sounds embedded in my site somewhere so if a visitor wanted to hear the "sound of the day" he could opt to press a button to activate some music or whatever. Kind of like those annoying sites you go to and the music plays that you cant stand, but I want this to be able to turned ON if the visitor wants.
IS this possible?

My site is all about MP3's and I would some day like to integrate something like that. There is a site http://www.guitarbattle.com and they have the coolest online MP3 player and it's done in Flash. I have yet to be able to find the player, they credit webamp.net but that site is gone now

You can use the embed command where you want the music file
<embed src="test.wav" autostart="false" width="140" height="60" loop="false"> </embed>
Autplay needs to be false or it will play automatically loop =false so it will play once not continuously and the height and width are the control box size you can play with this a bit.
You can try embedding mp3 but remember most people are not configured to play them so their computer will search for a download.
