Is there a way to make a forum invisible to admins. I know that you can make it invisible on the main index page, I need to know can you make it to where an admin cannot go to edit a forum and see it. I do understand if it can be done, it would have to be set up correctly the first time.

You can make the admin group not see it.... on the main index... but the admins would always see it under the "edit a forum" function.

That's what I thought. I wasn't sure because when you set up my shout box, I was under the assumption that it needed it's own forum but I can't see it.

Actually - your site is a bit wacky given the hosting issues we had there. It saves the shouts to the forum keyword shoutboxpal - but an actual forum does not exist for it. If you do this query - you'll see all the shouts in your post table SELECT * FROM w3t_Posts WHERE B_Board = 'shoutboxpal'
