is it possible to run cgi or ssi scripts within the header files?
i need a banner rotation facility on my site, and i just cant get joshpets mod to work, so this is the other option.

I ran a cgi script as a banner ad for a long time in the threads header

Now if you followed the directions in Josh's banner ad it would work. I gave ya a bunch of pointers as it looks like you were not passing the banner variable. I installed it on my test site and it worked fine.

You can also try out phpadsnew but that is a bit harder to set up than Josh's banner ad

Now thats very interesting You got that up but not the banner ad.
