A user of mine asked me to provide him with all IP address she used to access the forum, this because he is sure another user has found her password and read all her private messages.
Is there a way to do this ?

The Extended User Edit Options modification has a script that shows all IP:s used by a user when posting. Unfortunately, threads doesn't log IP for every visit, so there is no way to check for the IP if they haven't posted. Your server logs should contain the info though, if you can read them.
