the jump to behavior changed in the upgrade.
before when you were in a forum the default would
be the forum you were on.
Now it defaults to the first category so users have to navigate
this list which makes it hard to see where you are and where you
want to go... it looses it's focus.
Any way to fix this?

i had some users complain about the same things. here's the fix (version 6.4) in ubbt.inc.php change <br />$template['choices'] .= "<option value=\"{$forumarray[$catnum][$j]['BoKeyword']}\"> {$forumarray[$catnum][$j]['BoTitle']}</option>"; <br />to <br />$selected = "{$bonum}"; <br />if ($forumarray[$catnum][$j]['BoKeyword'] == $Board) { <br /> $selected = "selected=\"selected\""; <br />} <br />$template['choices'] .= "<option value=\"{$forumarray[$catnum][$j]['BoKeyword']}\" $selected> {$forumarray[$catnum][$j]['BoTitle']}</option>"; <br /> <br />
