What I would be interested in is simply to add a users number of photos uploaded to the galleries (PhotoPost, of course ) beneath the number of posts on the showflat, showthreaded and showprofile pages. This would almost certainly, I think, require PhotoPost and Threads to be using the same database, but I'm already doing that as it is .
If you want to count the photos, then it would be best if they were in the same database (otherwise you have to switch back and forth). Another option would be a hack which added a photocount to the w3t_Users table which got updated when photos were uploaded.
We already increase post count when photos are uploaded, so wouldn't be that hard to add an incrementer for photo counts.
