OK - there is a change that needs to be made to these templates for 6.4.1... new security check.

in editbasic.tmpl, editdisplay.tmpl AND editemail.tmpl, you need to add this:

<input type="hidden" name="profilehash" value="$profilehash" />

Also - in newpost.tmpl and newreply.tmpl

This:

<input type="checkbox" name="addsig" value="1" checked="checked" class="formboxes" />
{$ubbt_lang['ADDSIG']}


Should be replaced with

$addsig


Or else anonymous people get the signature checkbox.

question: is anyone else with the facelift templates having difficulty with the automated welcome PMs?

not sure if its related or not, but, ever since i popped them in, my welcome pms are all screwy. like, you get the notification that you have one, but there's really nothing in the inbox.

other PMs work fine

The templates wouldn't have any impact on the welcome PMs. There was a bug in a past version of Threads that would send out a welcome PM with no subject -so you couldn't read it. Is that the error you see?

Yes, but the bug is in one of the PHP scripts -and I don't remember which one

Do you have a user #2 (the main admin).

That'll happen if you're missing the user#2.

Try this SQL Query

SELECT U_Username
FROM w3t_Users
WHERE U_Number = 2

and see if you get any results.
