It is visible after preview new post, but new post is appear in postlist...
Forum run at 6.3 version - ealier everything were ok

That's pointing to trouble with the badwords file. Make sure there are no empty lines in the badwords file. And if the file is empty (you are not using the feature) make sure you don't have a censor word defined in the config file. There should be no censored word if you are not using the feature.
