I would like to add a link to my home page, photopost gallery, etc. How do I go about doing this?

The menu is in the ubbt_registerednav.tmpl (for registered users) and the ubbt_unregisterednav.tmpl (for unregistered users) files in the ubbthreads/templates/default directory. Adding additional menu items is easy. As long as you have everything set up correctly in the admin section of you Threads board you can add this:



to your templates to create a hyperlink to your home page

I must not have everything set up properly because that didn't work - what other files are affected?

Just those two files are used for the menus. You should have all the fields filled in on your path and URL settings (admin panel, edit config settings).

I'll post my ubbt_registerednav.tmpl file so you can see an example of adding menu items to it. Keep in mind that I include my logo in my menus (go to my site to see what it looks like). So ignor everything between

<!-- Begin logo -->

and

<!-- End logo -->

I am sure I am being dense (and i readily admit that I am not a php person) but how would I link to something that is not UBB related?

It's not really php - those two templates are just HTML.

You can put any links you want in those two templates which handle the menubar.
