Visit that forum and go into the general area. I need someone to make me a new top and reply gif to match the background, along with a open gif , you will see what I mean, as soon as you go into general you can see what is out of place. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

The font is not very good and I could not tidy it up.... you could try using a bolder font.
