I need to move posts in another database to my UBBT database. I am going to have to move them manually so luckily there aren't many. I noticed in the database for UBBT that the dates are not in a typical easily read format. They are a string of numbers like "1100082293". So what is the format they are going off of?
When I add the entries in from the other database the posted date in UBBT is going to be the day I make that entry. I need to change it to reflect the original day they were posted in the other DB.
Can I modify the dates manually or is this not possible?
It's epoch time, which is basically the number of seconds from January 1 1970 I believe.
I have a little time converter script here which allows you to put in the epoch time and see the real date time, or convert a real date time to epoch time.
Then in Threads - you'd update the B_Posted field in the w3t_Posts table with the new date.
