I've been meaning to ask, what are the [] https://www.ubbdev.com/forum/images/about.gif[/] marks for on the main entry page of the forums? Call me daft, but I'm not really sure what they represent.

I was wondering that myself. I thought maybe they were the start of a javascript help interface that never got implemented.

No they aren't links... but if you mouse over them, the tool tip comes up with the Category Description.

Mmmm hmmm... hey Josh, is there anyway to make them go away? I mean cat. desc.'s are pretty self explanitory... or would that mess something up?

you can always make a 13x13 transparent image and overwrite it with the same name.

Should be in ubbthreads.tmpl, find the image and remove it.
