The reason there isn't an upload option is because I am trying to put togethre a resource of high quality icons. There is now an email link on the page for people to mail icons to me. Just a thought

How about you use some links script (say, dclinks or gossmaer-threads links), where users's will be able to add URL's of their smilies. I can modify it, so it will show the smilie right next to description or something.. ------------------ Thanks for reading! but then some people could add low quality smiles to it...perhaps it could be a script that would have to have the owners permission..it would wait in the que till the admin approved it.
