I'd like to get a couple of things - a custom box, and at least the shoutbox, displaying to the right of the forum postlist pages and so forth, much like it is done here at Threadsdev. I've installed IIP 5.4.4 and have it finally functioning right, I think.

What files do I need to modify where to make this happen? Is there an existing thread that talks about how to do this?

Edit the top of the sidebarpal script to turn on and off any boxes (including custom boxes).

Thank you! Figured it was something that simple, but after hours of sifting through code and trying to track everything toyed with under Beyond Compare, sometimes you feel like you can't see a bullseye if it were painted on your corneas.
