What suggestions should I give to someone using IE that is reporting that certain forums do not load for them.
They can view posts in the forum but the postlist page is coming up dead for them.
They've claimed to have cleared their cache, reset their cookies, and it's still not working.
Has anyone had this problem with users and can offer some suggestions?

Are they in expanded mode? If the forum has alot of posts, your server may be timing out before being able to display it all.
