I just upgraded to UBBT 6.4 from 6.2.3 and everything is working fine except for my cron task, none of my subscription emails are going out. I did overwrite the cron folder, but I made sure all of the permissions are correctly set and I edited the path to main.inc.php file (I'm using the PHP subscription file). I've manually pulled up the subscriptions.php file in my browser and get a blank page with no errors, which usually means it's working, but no mail goes out.
Has something been changed with 6.4 that I'm overlooking?
Thanks.

There some bugs in 6.4 you might want to upgrade to 6.4.1.

I appologize, I am running 6.4.1. Sorry, I should have been more specific in my subject. I also woke up this morning and had an email from my cron daemon that contained this: <br /> <b>Fatal error</b>: Call to undefined function: headers() in <b>/home/www/thebuzznyc/cron/php/subscriptions.php</b> on line <b>161</b><br /> Now I'm really confused.

Please make sure that you uploaded the newest version of the subscriptions.php file. I don't have that function call in my version of 6.4.1

In the upgrade instructions, it said NOT to overwrite the cron directory, so orginally I didn't. Then I received the error above, so I did. But, the cron still wouldn't work, so I revert back to the orginal cron script that I had backed up.

Old cron scripts involving mail won't work.... those instructions are wrong. The scripts all need to be upgraded as the mailing functionality was totally changed in 6.4. the headers() function doesn't exist anymore.
