HTML help needed

I'm working on my generic forum header, and for the life of me I can't get it to work or look like I want.

Anyway, here's the URL of my board where you can take a look at the header:

I tried setting it up using tables, but it doesn't seem to be working, as it's not using the full page width, the Supercar Registry logo is shifted right, etc.

My goal is to shift the Supercar Registry logo back over to the left where it belongs, and tuck the PayPal logo in a space or 2 after the "Support the sYc" text (as well as vertically center it on that line). I think if I could do those 2 things, the text wouldn't wrap and it would all fall into place.

Here's my html so far (the PayPal form info HAS to be there for it to work for some reason):

PayPal supplied me with the HTML to paste onto my page, and I had to mess with it to get this far, but do I need to define the "form width"? And how do I valign (center) the PayPal logo??
