Ok...so there were some missing main posts of threads, and thus those "decapitated" threads didn´t appear in the postlist.
I wrote a script that made the first post of such a thread to the main post, basically I set Parent=0 and Main= the value to the not anymore existing main post.
Now, those threads still don´t appear in the post list.

Attached is the comparison of a "normal" thread main posts, and a "non visible" thread main post.
I would like to know which variable and the setting is responsible for the thread not showing up.

No one of the resident experts can give me an answer?

I don't totally understand what you are saying or asking.

I did notice one thing - main threads also need B_Topic = 1 to appear on the postlist page.

I changed the B_Topic to 1, that doesn´t fix it.

I think you did understand it.

To sum it up:
I would like to know, which variable setting prevents the thread on the right from showing up in the post list.

As I said, the above suggestion didn´t solve it. Anybody else?

Then it shoudl appear - as long as everything it joins to is there. You might also check the lastpost - make sure that post is there, post#66765

That's everything I can think of.

I finally found the cause...
Indeed B_Topic had to be set to 1 in order for a thread to appear in the postlist. Don't know what I did wrong that it didn't work the last time I did this, but now it works and all the old threads that had this problem(around 9000) now apear in the poslist of their forums.
