A few Moderators have started teling me about this error... WARNING: error_log(/home/bfte/adminlogs/admin.log): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/bfte/public_html/ubbthreads/ubbt.inc.php on line 2176<br /> It appears when an admin/mod move/delete threads, add new forums etc. At first I think it may have something to do with the Admin Log, as I've have been doing a lot of maintenance and none of it has appeared in the Admin Log. A little confused! Although the error appears, nothing (apart from the admin log) appears to be affected. Any help? Thanks!

Check your permissions on /home/bfte/adminlogs - it looks like it may not writeable by your webserver. I can't remember what the perms should be, I think we set ours so it is writeable by group and world.

Thanks mate! Looks like thats the problem, checked the file, and checked the instructions in the config and yes, it should be world writable! But, for some reason my host has decided to not allow me to CHMOD that file, strange, as it has been logging away up until a few weeks ago?

If a host moves your account from one server to another (sometimes without your knowledge) sometimes anything not in the web tree gets funky permissions.
