I'm changing my footers and headers and a couple of templates around and need to know what language file I can find the variable for "My Cookies" so I can change it to display "Delete Cookies".

Couldn't you just add a link to it? http://www.yoursite.com/boards/mycookies.php and name it what you want.

Yeah, that's a modification anyway and the link in the footer isn't part of standard threads - so you either put the text in your footer - or maybe you put it in generic.php? If you did a language string for it, you'd have to remember where you put it originally.

The stock threads only comes with a link in the faq's.

Nope, not anymore. It's now located in the My Home screen at the bottom next to "Mark all messages read" option. That and it takes the string "MYCOOKIES" and converts it upon page generation to "My Cookies", which is, if I'm correct, how Threads handles the language files.

In fact, here is the exact link I copied from another template.

[] <a href="{$config['phpurl']}/mycookies.php?Cat=$Cat">{$ubbt_lang['MYCOOKIES']}</a>
[/]

Right - but you asked about your headers and footers. I does not come in the footer like we have here. You have to add it to the footer template.

The myhome stuff is in generic.php.

Sorry, I guess I didn't make myself clear. It IS in the footer template where I'm making the changes...

The generic.php is the one I hadn't looked in yet. I kept looking at it, but thinking, naw they would't put it in there...

Here is what I've done so far.
