When a new user fills out the registration page, I'd like to ask where they found out about our forum.

I'd like it to be a mandatory question, but I don't want to use the mod that's here on threadsdev which asks a bunch o' questions. Just one.

And while I know somehow this can be done, is it possible for the 6.3 to create an email sent to me that contains all the info in the registration request?

use this modification Registration Modification and just use one of UBBThreads Extra User fields you can setup via admin in threads with your question "Where have you heard about us" and they will see it upon registration and because of this mod must write in something.
