Some of the avatars that i have on my site arent 80x80 and the forum makes it 80x80 b.c some of the stuff i got in like 40x40 or a little bigger. i was wondering if there is anyway to fix that? b.c some of that avatars look stupid. and i got over 300 avatars.

You mean like leave it open with no constraints? I am sure it would be easy enough to hack out but then the forums formatting would get hosed. You can change the size limits in the config options in Admin to whatever you like. I usually take all my avatars and crop or resize them accordingly, this will preserve a nice clean format on your boards.
