Is there a way to disable mass PM's to admins/moderators everytime one is granted moderator permissions and vice versa?

There is a mod for this, normally I can dig them right up but this one is tough to query. Anyone else remember the name of this?

Actually in /admin/dograntadmin.php - look for and comment out this line:
$html -> send_message($Sender,'',$Subject,$mess,'A_M_GROUP');
And the same in /admin/dograntmod.php
$html -> send_message($user['U_Number'],'',$Subject,$mess,'A_M_GROUP');
