Is there a way to manually approve a user, even if they haven't responded to the e-mail verification? I've got one user who is concerned about not receiving the e-mail due to some server-side mail header filtration (I'm not entirely clear on what should prevent it from going through, but anyway . . .), and I'd like to just manually approve the user and force it through, but he doesn't show up on my list of users to approve.

I thought there was a mod that did this, but I've sifted through the modification index and run a couple of searches on the forums ("+manual +approve +user" as the search terms, if curious) and didn't see anything that seemed to fit what I'm looking for.

UPDATE w3t_Users SET U_Approved = "yes" WHERE U_Username = "<persons name>"

Keep in mind that after 24 hours, unapproved sign-ups are deleted from the database.

There is a hack around here for this one.. verify users. I use it on my site.

In 6.3.1 at least, the options to approve users and to verify email are seperate options in config. So, you simply turn of the requirement to verify the email.

Right . . . the point is, I want e-mail verification on. There was just a special and rare instance where there was a problem with someone getting their verification e-mail.
