I am trying to add a photo to a sticky post I have that shows on the top of my entrance page. I don't particularly care to allow everyone to post photos, but is there a way I can post one to this particular post? If so, where/how?

Thanks but I still couldn't get this to work. If you check out the post, the image is present, but it doesn't appear on the IIP page. Any other ideas?

As an admin you can post HTML, so you can just add a standard image tag to your post.

The posts displayed on IIP are usually truncated, so I would recommend putting the photo at the beginning of the post.

Did that and I can the image to appear in the forum, it just doesn't 'come forward' in the IIP page.

Do you have IIP set in the newspal settings to display HTML and then also if your image is at the end of a post that you have enough characters set or FULL posts shown. My posts in IIP show any image I post.

Thanks Omegatron, that did the trick. I had the 'strip html' setting in the IIP set to yes for this news box. I'm all set now.
