I want to add a new entry to the ubbt_registerednav template to include my new live chat site. It's a php page, in a directory outside ubbthreads, but within my domain.

Let's say it's in the directory ../chat/livechat.php

What line would I add to the registerednav template to get this to open in a new window?

You can put in a regular link, here is an example:

<a href="$phpurl/faq.php?Cat=$Cat">{$ubbt_lang['FAQ_TEXT']}</a>
