I've read through this thread and didn't see anything that did what I wanted, and run a search on "+user +group +which +number" and didn't find anything that leapt out at me either . . .

Is there an easy way (query, or obscure admin panel option) to determine which group number belongs to which user group name?

SELECT * FROM w3t_Groups ?? that what ya want?
